How to start using the e. Statistics system

The e. Statistics system can only be used by a registered system user who, when representing respondents, has a representation account for each represented economic entity.

First, find out whether the appointed representative will have the opportunity to confirm their identity through the Electronic Government Gateway as a natural person. Only after confirming their identity in this way can representatives use all the functions of the system according to their assigned roles. If it is not possible to confirm their identity through the Electronic Government Gateway, reports can be submitted after completing a simplified registration procedure (even for heads of legal entities). Read more about this in the present section.

You should log in to the Electronic Government Gateway using a personal identification tool.

Accounts for heads of legal entities are created automatically, based on information from the Register of Legal Entities (instructions on how to log in through the Electronic Government Gateway).

Accounts can be created for other representatives:

IMPORTANT! An account will be created only after the submitted representation request is approved by the head or the legal entity or another representative with administrative rights.

If the legal entity's status, activity type, address, e-mail address, etc. changes, notify [email protected].

If a person who does not have the opportunity to identify themselves through the e-government gateway or, after submitting a request to represent the data provider, it is determined that the data provider does not have representatives with administrative rights who could approve the aforementioned request, please indicate which user group you belong to:

For representation of a legal entity, the State Data Agency will create login and representation accounts for you upon receipt of the Consent of the head of the legal entity to submit data electronically (download the consent form). The Consent of the head of the legal entity must be submitted in a manner that ensures the protection of personal data, therefore it is recommended to submit the consent to the State Data Agency by post or via a courier service (address: State Data Agency, Gedimino Ave. 29, 01500 Vilnius). In exceptional cases, it may be sent by e-mail to [email protected]. The document will be registered and forwarded to the responsible person.

The next steps depend on how the last question in the annex to the Consent to Submit Data Electronically titled “Data on the User of the Electronic Data Preparation and Transmission System” was answered. If it was indicated that the person will be able to identify themselves via the Electronic Government Gateway, the State Data Agency creates a representation account. The data provider’s representative is informed ot its creation so that, after logging in to the e. Statistics system. they can complete the registration and confirm the representation account. If it was indicated that the representative will not be able to identify themselves via the Electronic Government Gateway, access to a login account is created first. The representative is informed of this by e-mail and, after completing the creation of the login account, confirms the representation account created for them.

Before submitting the legal entity head's Consent to Submit Data Electronically  to the State Data Agency, please make sure that you truly have no other way to connect (register) the user. For more information, please contact us by phone at + 370 689 76 725 or by e-mail at [email protected].
