Only a registered user – a representative of the legal entity– can log in to the e. Statistics system and use all services. If you do not have a login or representative account in the e. Statistics system, read the section “How to start using the e. Statistics system”.

If a person who does not have the opportunity to identify himself through the Electronic Government Gateway is to become a user of the e-Statistics system, this should be noted in the annex “Data on the User of the Electronic Data Preparation and Transmission System” to the Consent to provide data electronically, such a user will be registered in the e-Statistics system, but in the future he will be able to connect to the system only using his login email and password.

All other data provider representatives who are not subject to the simplified registration procedure should confirm their login account by logging into the e. Statistics system via the Electronic Government Gateway (instructions on how to log into the system via the Electronic Government Gateway).

When confirming (activating) the login account, the system will allow the user to create their own password.

Users who have confirmed their identity by logging in through the Electronic Government Gateway will be able to log in to the e. Statistics system in the future in two ways:

  • by specifying their login e-mail and password;
  • by confirming their identity through the Electronic Government Gateway. The user should log in to the Electronic Government Gateway not as a representative of a legal entity, but as a natural person.

Important: If you are a user of the e. Statistics system and have forgotten your password, click on the link “Forgot your password?” in the login window and in the window that opens, specify your personal code and e-mail address that you specified during the first login. If the specified personal code and e-mail match the personal code and e-mail address of your account, a password reset link will be sent to you.

If you have any questions regarding registration or login, please contact us by phone at + 370 689 76 725or by e-mail at [email protected].
