Director General attends the meeting of the Committee on Statistics and Statistical Policy in Paris
On June 26-27, Director General Dr Jūratė Petrauskienė is participating in the meeting of the Committee on Statistics and Statistical Policy (CSSP) of the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) in Paris.
The main topics discussed at this year's forum are the modernization of dissemination of statistics and bringing them closer to users, the role of statistical institutions as data intermediaries, the assessment of natural capital in statistics, updates of industry and economic statistics, modernization in the area of health data, innovations in data sources and other topics relevant to future statistics.
We are happy to share our experience with OECD countries, and we hope to apply good examples of other countries in the activities of Statistics Lithuania.
