Data on radiological examinations performed have been opened
The data set of the Žalgiris Clinic of the Vilnius University Hospital on the radiological examinations performed has been opened on the Open Data Portal of Lithuania.
The information system MedDream IS of the Žalgiris Clinic of the Vilnius University Hospital collects data on radiological examinations performed for patients. There is a one-off provision of data that have been collected since 2013. The data are to be further updated upon the decision on the connection of the information system to the Vilnius University Hospital Santaros Klinikos and upon the completion of active operation of the existing system.
The data include patient information (encrypted personal codes, year of birth, sex) and examination information (modality, study and series descriptions, part of the patient’s body examined, photometric interpretation, prescribing physician, technician, dose in decigray per square centimetre, exposure in arcseconds).
The State Data Agency (Statistics Lithuania) implements the project "Integration of State Information Resources into the Data Lake", which is financed by the Economic Recovery and Resilience Facility Plan "New Generation Lithuania" and the State budget of Lithuania.
