Data on offences and offenders referring to Article 45 of the Code of Administrative Offences have been opened
Data set on the offences and offenders referring to Article 45 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Information Technology and Communications Department under the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Lithuania has been opened on the Open Data Portal of Lithuania.
Information on cases registered in the Register of Administrative Offences referring to Article 45 of the Code of Administrative Offences (“Violation of the EU regulations or resolutions regarding public health, hygiene regulations or other legal acts related to public health, or violation of the Law on Prevention and Control of Communicable Diseases of People of the Republic of Lithuania”) is published.
The data set contains non-aggregated table (microdata). One row refers to one offender per paragraph of one article of one administrative offence, with detailed demographic information on the offender and the location of the offence.
Paragraphs of Article 45 of the Code of Administrative Offences:
- Violation of the law;
- A repeated infringement;
- An infringement where the conduct has endangered the spread of dangerous or particularly dangerous communicable diseases;
- An infringement where acts which endangered the spread of dangerous or particularly dangerous communicable diseases were committed during war, emergency, mobilisation, quarantine, restricted quarantine, also in the event of an emergency or an emergency, where an emergency or an emergency poses a danger to human life or health.
