Data on laboratory tests performed on patients of Pasvalys Hospital have been opened
The data set on the laboratory tests performed on patients of public institution Pasvalys Hospital has been opened on the Open Data Portal of Lithuania.
The system OpenLIMS of Pasvalys Hospital collects data on laboratory tests performed on patients. The data have been collected since 2018 and are regularly updated. The data set provides the following data: institution name, patient’s coded identifier, sex, year of birth, date of test, result interpretation column (providing both numeric results and semantic evaluations), separate numeric results column (rounded to 5 digits), name of test method, frames of outcome norms (rounded to 5 digits), units of measurement, as well as the ICD-10-AM code and name of the principal diagnosis.
The State Data Agency implements the Project "Integration of State Information Resources into Data Lake", funded by the Economic Recovery and Resilience Facility “New Generation Lithuania” and the Lithuanian state budget.
