Data of results of laboratory tests performed in hospitals has been opened

Data collection Results of Laboratory Tests Performed in Patients of Rokiškis District Hospital, Mykolas Marcinkevičius Hospital and Anykščiai District Municipality Hospitalhas been opened on the Lithuanian Open Data Portal.

The "OpenLIMS" system of Rokiškis District Hospital collects data of laboratory tests performed on patients. Data has been collected since 2012, and are updated to this day. Accumulated data includes the name of the institution, the encrypted identifier of the patient, gender, year of birth, the date of the test with the accuracy of the day, the result interpretation column with both numerical results and semantic evaluations, a separate column for the numerical results, the name of the test method, the ratio of normal values ​​of the result, the units of measurement of the result and the ICD-10-AM code and name of the patient’s main diagnosis.

The sLIS system of the Mykolas Marcinkevičius Hospital collects data on laboratory tests performed on patients at Mykolas Marcinkevičius Hospital. The data have been collected since 2021 and are updated to now. The data collected in the dataset include patient identifier, year of birth, sex, test identifier, test name and validation date, test analyte identifiers and their names, the original results column and two additional columns with the semantic evaluations of the tests and the numerical results, as well as the frames of the outcome norms and the units of measurement. A test analyte is one of the measured component factors for a laboratory test.

The "OpenLIMS" system of Anykščiai District Municipality Hospitalcollects data on laboratory tests performed on patients. The data have been collected since 2012 and are updated to now. Data collected in the dataset include the name of the institution, the encrypted identifier of the patient, gender, year of birth, the date of the test with the accuracy of the day, the result interpretation column with both numerical results and semantic evaluations, a separate column for the numerical results, the name of the test method, the ratio of normal values ​​of the result, the units of measurement of the result and the ICD-10-AM code and name of the patient’s main diagnosis.

The State Data Agency (Statistics Lithuania) implements the project "Integration of State Information Resources into the Data Lake", which is financed by the Economic Recovery and Resilience Facility Plan "New Generation Lithuania" and the State budget of Lithuania.
