How and what administrative data are provided in the e. Statistics systems

The list of administrative data submission forms for legal entities to be completed in 2025, data submission deadlines and other information from 1 October 2025 can be found on the State Data Agency’s website (vda.lrv.en/en/data-collection-from-legal-entities/), in the “Report Forms” section, by entering the legal entity identification code, type and selecting 2025. 

Reports are submitted online, using the Electronic Data Preparation and Transmission System e. Statistics. For the collection of administrative data forms, we have adapted the e. Statistics system, in which enterprises, institutions and organizations submit statistical reports. The representation accounts held by representatives of data providers for the submission of statistical reports will also be suitable for the submission of administrative data. Representatives of data providers do not need to register again.

New persons who have not previously had data provider representation accounts in the e. Statistics system must be registered as a representative of a legal entity (data provider) in the e. Statistics system.
