Information on processing of personal data
Processing of personal data in the State Data Agency (Statistics Lithuania) is based on legitimacy, transparency and integrity, is carried out for predetermined purposes and only to the extent necessary to achieve these purposes. The State Data Agency implements technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of processed personal data.
The State Data Agency processes personal data for the following purposes:
- production of official statistics;
- collection, integration, analysis and provision of data required for the monitoring and analysis of the economic and social development of the state;
- compilation of datasets intended for reuse and transfer for publication on Lithuania’s Open Data Portal;
- organizing the reuse of health data;
- organization of the Agency's activities.
