Datasets of Žalgirio Klinikos (Žalgiris Clinics) have been opened

3 datasets of the Public Institution Vilnius University Hospital Žalgirio Klinikos (Žalgiris Clinics) have been opened on the Lithuanian Open Data Portal.

  • Laboratory test orders and answers (VULGK). The information system “Labor IS” of the Laboratory of the Vilnius University Hospital Žalgirio Klinikos (VULGK) collects data on laboratory tests carried out. One–off provision of data which has been collected since 2006 is applied. Data is further updated upon the decision on the connection of the information system to the Public Institution Vilnius University Hospital Santaros Klinikos (Santara Clinics) and upon the completion of active operation of the existing system. Data on the tests carried out in the VULGK laboratory, their orders and responses, patient information: year of birth, gender, date of study are published. Test responses, units of measurement, rate, divisions from which orders have been submitted, date and time of sampling and acceptance are indicated.
  • Data on the treatment of patients with surgery. The Vilnius University Hospital Žalgirio Klinikos Information System (ŽKIS) collects data on treatment of patients’ dental disorders with surgery. The data period is from 2015 to 2024. The data set includes the protocol identifier of the operation carried out, the patient’s code encrypted, the year of birth, the TLK-10-AM disease code and the verbal name, the start, end times of the operation, the type of anaesthesia used, the risk codes and its start and end times. In addition, name of the patient insurer, code of the Register of Legal Entities (JAR) and type of insurance are provided. Data are taken from “Sveidra” (information system of the NHIF (National Health Insurance Fund).
  • Patient registration services at Žalgiris Clinic. Health care system at the Vilnius University Hospital Žalgirio Klinikos collects patients’ personal data, such as registration for visits to the doctor. Data were collected from 2010 to 2020. The dataset consists of the registration identifier, date of registration, date of creation and modification of the entry, patient data (encrypted identifier, sex, year of birth) and physician data (identifier and specialty).
