State Challenges Workshop

A workshop where teams have 30 hours to solve a national challenge.

60 people (analysts, programmers and domain experts from public institutions) come together to tackle 15 national challenges.

Teams of 3-5 people go deep into the challenges, with the expected results being a range of analytical tools, dashboards, monitoring and governance solutions.

The challenges have been selected together with 800+ public sector employees.

What was accomplished in 1 day?

• Select the right datasets,
• Test different tools to solve the challenges,
• Create prototypes of the challenge solutions.

The presentation of the results will take place on 24 January. The challenges will be presented on 24 January in Vilnius at the State Data Conference 2025.
