Open House Vilnius 2026

“Open House Vilnius” is a weekend-long event inviting city residents and visitors to explore architecture, experience it firsthand, and develop a deeper awareness of the value of the built environment that surrounds us. During the event, around 60 sites of exceptional architecture across Vilnius will open their doors, many of which are usually inaccessible or only partially accessible to the general public.

The main goal of the event is education – to foster a conscious, critical, curious, and civically engaged architecture audience, while creating new opportunities for the public to take an interest in architecture and get to know it better. Visitors discover the buildings through guided tours led by volunteer guides.
